Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is unbeatable, right on Paseo Montejo, the main street in the city, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms, although overlooking the street, were spacious and clean, but it would have been nice to have a minibar. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always willing to help out, and I even got to ride their bike to the historic center of the city. The dining experience was delightful, from the delicious meals to the excellent service. However, I did find that the price was a bit on the higher side considering there was no valet parking available, which was a downside.
Upon returning to the hotel at 7:00 PM, our room had not been made yet, but when it was, we found it to be spacious and clean, albeit lacking a minibar. The service, despite the language barrier, was friendly although a bit unprofessional. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be near downtown attractions, as it sits right on Paseo Montejo with an array of restaurants. The dining experience was very good but on the pricey side, offering excellent choices for various tastes. Overall, a mixed but decent stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, mine had not been made by 19:00 when we returned. The service was reasonably nice, but there were some communication issues as they didn't understand English very well and failed to inform me about the required swimming shorts for a tour. The location is excellent, right on Paseo Montejo with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining was very good, but on the expensive side. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
